Water Country Field Trip
This event is free for LGBTQ+/allied youth to attend, due to an exciting partnership with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Space is limited, so please sign up here as soon as possible to make sure that you reserve your spot.
Youth from our two main age groups can attend: Grades K-5 and Grades 6-12. Youth in Grades K-5 MUST be accompanied by a caregiver. Youth in Grades 6-12 are able to attend independently, without caregiver attendance. Caregivers need to purchase their own ticket and any food separately.
This event will run from 12pm-5pm at Water Country (2300 Lafayette Rd, Portsmouth, NH 03801) and will be in lieu of our usual Friday night group for youth in grades K-5th and 6-12th, which will not meet on August 1st. AFSP will be providing lunch vouchers for attendees.
Youth are asked to bring their own sunblock, bathing suit, water bottle, towel, and money if they want to purchase additional snacks at the venue. Note that staff can only help with non-touch sunscreen application, so please send your child with spray suncreen if they will need assistance .
Guardian Permission is required for outings for ALL youth and a permission slip will be emailed to the email address you include. This permission slip MUST be signed in order for a youth to attend.
