New Hampshire Outright is a community where LGBTQ+ youth and their allies can find strength, guidance, and hope. Our support groups for LGBTQ+ kids in grades K-12 offer a safe place for empathy, understanding, and connection.

Little Outrighters (In-Person).
This monthly group is for LGBTQ+ kids in grades 2-6 (ages 8-12). Led by two trained facilitators, the group is an opportunity to meet other LGBTQ+ youth and do fun activities. It runs concurrently with our caregiver support group.
Portsmouth (Community Campus) - First Friday of each month from 7:00-8:30 pm.
Note: Youth ages 5–7 are still welcome, but will be grouped with the older kids.
Teen Groups (In-Person).
Our Teen Groups offer a casual environment for LGBTQ+ kids and their allies to connect and have fun. No advance sign-up is required, unless otherwise noted on the calendar!
Portsmouth (grades 7-12/ages 13-17): 2nd and 3rd Friday of the month from 6:30-8:30 pm
Nashua (grades 5-12): TBD
Manchester (grades 5-12): 2nd Friday of the month from 7-8:30 pm
Laconia (grades 9-12): 4th Monday of the month from 7:00-8:30 pm
Virtual Support (Statewide).
We have periodic virtual group options for middle school and high school-aged youth each month! Advance registration needed to send out the Zoom link. We also have an ongoing Discord channel available for youth throughout the state to connect!
LGBTQ+ Young Adult Groups.
Young adults ages 18–25 are welcome to join our *new* young adult groups!
Portsmouth:
Monthly in-person group on the first Tuesday of each month from 5-6:30 pm.
Statewide:
